Finding a Jack In The Box on the east coast is not an easy task!  That’s why I make these sweet shakes at home…
3 cups vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups milk
8 Oreo cookies
Combine the ice cream and milk in a blender and process on low speed until smooth.
Crumble Oreo cookies into pieces while adding them to the blender. Mix on low speed for 5 to 10 seconds or until the cookies are mostly pureed into the shake, but a few larger pieces remain. Use a spoon to break up any larger chunks.
Pour shake into two glasses.

After last weeks recipe for El Pollo Loco Beans, I figured why not follow up with some tacos. I’ve never eaten at a Jack In The Box, but I love tacos. This easy recipe is sure to keep your family happy and prevent them from having to make a run for the border !
