			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Call your friends and fire up that grill!  This week I have unlocked the secret to one of my favorite blends of spices.  I use this Montreal Steak seasoning on burgers, steaks, I even use it on french fries for a little extra flavor.  Once you try this seasoning, you will see why it has become a staple in my kitchen.</p>
<p>Ingredients:<br />
4 tablespoons salt<br />
1 tablespoon black pepper<br />
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion<br />
1/2 tablespoon dehydrated garlic<br />
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper<br />
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme<br />
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary<br />
1/2 tablespoon dried fennel</p>
<p>Directions:<br />
Mix together and store in a shaker.<br />
Shake or rub 1 tablespoon seasoning onto steaks, pork chops or hamburgers before grilling.</p>
