This past weekend my brother was in town and we took a drive down to the water to do some crabbing. Unfortunately, we weren’t as lucky as those guys on Deadliest Catch. So on the way home we had to make a stop at the fish market. We boiled them at home using my home made Old Bay Seasoning. Goes great with crab or on chips, fries, etc.

1 tablespoon ground bay leaves
2 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Combine all ingredients, then store in an airtight container.
