Ingredients
3 packets cream cheese
1 teaspoons vanilla essence
4 eggs
1 packet Nice biscuits
1 cup white sugar
1 desertspoon lemon juice
120 grams butter

Instructions
Crush packet of biscuits to make crumbs. Melt butter and add to crumbed biscuits. Stir. Press crumbs into a layer on the bottom of a spring form pan (25cm) and up the sides if desired. Chill. Beat cream cheese together. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl beat eggs until thick. Add sugar gradually. When well mixed gradually add to the cream cheese mixture. When smooth mix in lemon juice. Spread into crumb crust and bake in moderate (180C) oven for 30 min. Cool then refrigerate until ready to serve.</description>

forget the granulated sugar,  use 4 T molasses, double the nutmeg &amp; cloves, add 1 cup condensed milk, 1 T pure maple syrup &amp; 1/4 stick butter and you will have it right..
