2 trout fillets
Marinade
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup green olives, sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 Mix marinade and let sit 5 minutes.
2 Brush the trout with butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a baking pan.
3 Pour marinade over the fish and bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.

I have never had this at Red Lobster…but who
cares?? This recipe is easy and absolutely delicious. I of course added some garlic [fresh, through a garlic press] because I add it
to everything. It was really very good. Will

Had to share this…I loved this recipe so much that I tried it with [thin sliced] chicken cutlets this time instead of fish. I just adjusted the cooking time a bit. It was great. I served it over rice. This
is a GREAT marinade. Really tastes like it’s
from a restaurant. It was a hit with my guests.
