Whenever I visit my brother in Pennsylvania, I always make a stop at Sonic for there great sandwiches and signature drink selections. It frustrates me how I see commercials for Sonic everyday on TV, yet the closest Sonic location is about 2 hours away. I love there limeades, so I just had to crack the code to this beverage!
1 (12 ounce) can Sprite soda
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
Fill a large glass two-thirds full with ice.
Pour the Sprite into the glass.
Squeeze the lime wedges over the glass, then drop the wedges into the glass.
Add the cranberry juice.
Serve with a straw or stirrer.
Makes one 16-ounce drink

July 18th, 2008 at 10:38 pm[…] And to drink: Cranberry Limeades!! Pour some sprite over crushed iced, add a little cranberry juice to taste, and squeeze half a lime in followed by the lime half for decoration and good measure. YUMMY! I’ll have two, please… (Or if you want an actual recipe..) […]

I love Sonic! I take one of their Diet Cherry Limeade drinks with me everytime I go for a walk.
I’ll give this drink a try asap…and by asap, I mean as soon as I get up from the computer!
