Today I have a secret recipe for a delicious low fat chicken dish.
This recipe is easy to prepare and tastes great. For the best flavor, use fresh rosemary and fresh squeezed orange juice when preparing this recipe.

New Secret Recipe
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
3 chicken breast halves
3 chicken legs with thigh pieces
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoon rosemary
1/3 cup orange juice
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Remove skin from chicken. Rub each piece of chicken with a little olive oil and then with the chopped garlic. Top with rosemary.
Place into a baking dish. Pour orange juice over. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over and cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes or until browned.
Serves 6
