Fried Salted Almonds
Ingredients:
Canola Oil
1/2 lb. blanched whole almonds
Sea Salt
Procedure:
Pour about a half inch of oil into your skillet and heat to 375 degrees. Fry the almonds to a golden brown.
Remove to some paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Simple and delicious.
