Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
2½ cup sugar
1½ cup heavy cream
1/8 cup corn syrup
½ cup peanut butter
Combine sugar, cream and corn syrup. Cook until soft ball stage is reached (235° F). Remove from heat, add peanut butter. Beat until firm. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
Makes 36 servings.
