Cream Cheese Icing
(Yield: 1-1/2 cups)
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 lb butter, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Blend all ingredients together and beat well.
