DARK CHOCOLATE SAUCE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS
8 oz. premium dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
¼ c. half-and-half
¼ c. fat-free half-and-half
Angel food cake squares, banana slices, whole strawberries - optional
Cook half-and-half until mixture streams and bubbles form around edges. Pour over chocolate, stirring constantly to melt. Serve over cake or fruit while warm.
