Peach Crem Pie
Peach Cream Pie
1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 cup peaches, sliced very thin
1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients except peaches; set aside. Place peaches into the pie shell in layer(s). Pour cream mixture over and bake for 50 minutes @ 350 degrees. Make sure filling has thickened.
