White Mayonnaise Cake
White Mayonnaise Cake
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp baking soda
Pour boiling water over raisins and soda. Let set until cool.
In a bowl, mix:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped nuts
Add raisin mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 X 13"pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with a lemon sauce.
