Apricot Brandy Cake
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
3 eggs
2-3 lemons zested and juiced
2/3 cup apricot brandy
water for thinning
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix all together except powdered sugar
Bake in buttered floured bundt pan 45 minutes at 350ยบ degrees.
Ice with powdered sugar and apricot brandy glaze (mix till smooth and pour over warm cake.
