MEXICAN SUNSET BREAD
Ingredients:
2/3 C. lukewarm water
1/2 C. sour cream
3 T. chunky salsa
2 T. + 1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
4 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
3 1/3 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Mix all ingredients in a bread machine pan. Choose crust color
and loaf size. Bake according to bread machine directions. Check
dough after five minutes of mixing, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of
water or flour if needed. Use of the timer feature is not
recommended on this recipe.
Yields 1 loaf.
