Harvest Potatoes
32 oz. frozen Hash Browns, thawed (not the shredded ones)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, diced
Combine in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with topping. Bake 350 degrees 45 min., cover lightly when topping starts to brown.
Topping:
2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 cup Margarine, melted
