White Cranberry Peach Party Punch
1 (64-ounce) bottle Ocean Spray® White Cranberry and Peach Juice Drink, chilled
8 ounces lemon-lime soda
4 ounces orange juice
1 pint lime or orange sherbet, softened
1. Combine all ingredients, except sherbet, in a large punch bowl. Gently stir. Float softened sherbet on top of punch just before serving.
Makes about 15 (6-ounce) servings.

Frosty Holiday Punch
1 (6-ounce) package cherry gelatin
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
6 cups cold water
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1. In a 4-quart heat and freezer-proof container, dissolve gelatin and sugar boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice and cold water. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from the freezer 2 hours before serving. Place in a punch bowl.
2. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
Makes 32 to 36 servings

Glorious Christmas Punch
1 (3-ounce) package cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 cups cold water
1 quart cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
24 Ice cubes (2 trays)
1 (12-ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in lemonade. Add cold water and cranberry juice.
2. Place ice cubes into a large punch bowl; pour punch over ice. Add the ginger-ale and serve.
Serves 6.

Holiday Wassail
1 orange, washed
1 lemon, washed
1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
3 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 gallon apple cider
2 cups orange juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1. Carefully peel orange and lemon, keeping the rind intact as you peel. Insert cloves into the rinds.
2. Combine the clove-studded rinds, cinnamon sticks, sugar and apple cider in a large cooking pot; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.
3. To serve, add orange and lemon juices to mixture and heat until hot, but not boiling.
Makes 5 quarts.
