Awhile back, we had dinner at Kelsey's Restaurant. My husband ordered the balsamic chicken dish. Two chicken breasts marinated in garlic and spices, grilled, and topped with a balsamic garlic cream sauce, and served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower).

My daughter ate ALL his veggies with the sauce!! LOL That was a first! The sauce was REALLY good though!

I was thinking of a new way to get her to eat her veggies and thought that this sauce would definitely do it. So.... does anyone know a recipe for a balsamic garlic cream sauce?
