THREE-BEAN SALAD
1 can (15 oz.) cut green beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) cut yellow beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1 onion, sliced
1 green and/or red bell pepper, julienned
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Dash garlic powder
Combine beans, onin and pepper in bowl.
In separate bowl, whisk sugar in vinegar to dissolve; add remaining ingredients; pour over beans; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate.
Best if made the day before!
