Re: Need a "good" recipe for Fried Chicken
I just posted a Fried Chicken recipe that you bake in the oven. It uses only 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine but it turns out nice and crispy. It's especially good for people who can't have all that grease. I'm not sure whether to repeat it here or just have people find it on their own. I just now posted it so it should be easy to find.
