It's true Stacky5LRC - a piece of fruit or even a carrot or some celery can boost your metabolism! Many doctors say it's better to eat 5 small meals each day than 3 meals. I don't know exactly what is meant by "meals" when a doc says it - I know what meals are like in my house - but I do think the fruit or veggie in=between meals is a great idea!
