The bonus e-book on meditation was very interesting. It's too bad I didn't have this 30 years ago when I could pretzel my body with no problems.
I have been thinking about starting a yoga routine - slow and easy at my own pace and now this will give me the opportunity to do it in the privacy of my home (so that no one can see me make a fool of myself!) and I can slowly progress to where I can then join a yoga class.
The meditation and breathing are extremely helpful in yoga.
I'll keep you posted on my (slow) progress in the yoga department!!
