Spirited Egg Nog Custard Pie
1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
1-1/3 cups warm water
2 Tbsp light rum, or to taste
1 Tbsp brandy, or to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
3 eggs, well beaten
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Combine all ingredients except eggs; mix well. Stir in eggs. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F; continue baking 25-30 minutes or until centre is set.
Cool and chill. Garnish as desired.
