Tapenade
2 Cans Pitted Black Olives*
1 Can Anchovies, Drained
4 – 6 Cloves Garlic
1 – 2 Tbsp Capers, Drained
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme, Or To Taste
Approx ¼ Cup Olive Oil
Combine All Ingredients Except Oil In Food Processor.
Puree. Slowly Add Oil Until Nice Consistency.
Serve With Crackers.
*not Sure Of The Exact Size -- 10 Or 12 Oz Can
