Mushrooms With Marjoram and Parsley

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp. fresh marjoram, minced
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
Sea Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
1 lb. button mushrooms, cleaned

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté shallot, just until tender. Add marjoram, parsley, chicken broth, white wine, salt and pepper. Sauté for 1 more minute.

Place 1 pound of mushrooms in a casserole. Pour butter mixture over mushrooms. Bake for 20 minutes.
