Pecan Butter Crunch
1/2 C. melted butter
1/2 C. sugar
1 T. Karo Syrup
Melt butter and add sugar and karo syrup to a saucepan and cook to 260°F.
Add:
1 C. pecans
Cook until mixture reaches 290°.
Pour into an 8 inch pan that has been lined with foil and buttered. Cool.
