MUD PIE
26 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 quart coffee or chocolate ice cream, softened
11/2 cups hot fudge sauce
1 cup heavy whipping cream, stiffly whipped
Mix cookie crumbs and margarine in a small bowl. Press over bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Fill crust with ice cream. Top with fudge sauce and freeze until firm, about six hours.
