Ann’s Cookies



1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 ¾ Cups Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cream Of Tartar
½ Tsp Soda
1 Cup Shortening
1 Tsp Vanilla


Mix All Ingredients. Put In Fridge For 1 Hour. Roll Into Balls & Flatten With Fork.
