6 Loin Chops ˝ Inch Thick
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
˝ Tsp Each, Salt & Msg
˝ Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Cups Apple Juice
˝ Cup Slice Mushrooms
˝ Green Pepper (sliced In Strips)
4 Or 5 Onions
1 Cup Celery (sliced)
˝ Cup Frozen Peas
Brush Chops With Mixture Of Next 5 Ingredients. Refrigerate For 1 Hour.
Sauté In Oil. Add Apple Juice & Cover. Simmer 50 Minutes. Add Veggies & Cover. Simmer 10 Minutes. Remove Chops & Thicken With Cornstarch.
