I am interested in the following recipes: Carolina BBQ Sauce (Low Country)
This sauce has a vinegar-red pepper base to it. Memphis-Style type Rub is another favorite for me. Kansas City is another favorite sauce for me as well.
I hope that you all can help me out. I'm just opening up a new resturant in my area and there are no good BBQ Joints in OHIO. All other types of recipes are welcomed. Thanks: Chef Danny D.
