TWO INGREDIENT MUFFINS
2 cups self rising flour
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Mix well, spoon into thoroughly greased muffin tins, ¾ full. Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes. Makes a firm, fine textured muffin.
(Add 1 tablespoon sugar for shortcake.)
