2 bags of semisweet chocolate chips
1 bag of shreded coconut (sweetened)
about 1/2 cup confectonary sugar
1 tbp butter
wax paper
melt butter and chocolate together with a double boiler. In a separate bowl mix coconut and confectonary sugar. When the chocolate if fully melted turn off the heat and add the coconut and mix in with the chocolate. With two teaspoons roll the coconut and chocolate into a ball and place on wax paper.
let refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before eating!
