Tomorrow is a special day here -
For breakfast:
Pancakes with maple syrup and fruit salad: chunked honeydew, cantaloupe, sliced strawberries, blueberries (frozen, thawed), seedless grapes, chunked pineapple, red grapefruit sections, orange sections, sliced apples and bananas.
Lunch: Panini, assorted deli meats and cheeses stuffed into baguette and grilled on good ol' George Forman. Beet and chickpea salad.
Dinner: Noodles in meat sauce with antipasto and homemade bread.
Dessert - I've got a white cake in the oven; I'll frost that with whipped cream frosting and serve with sliced strawberries.
