DRY BARBEQUE RUB
4T brown sugar
1T hickory salt
1T oregano
1T cumin
2T garlic powder
2T chili powder
2T paprika
1T onion powder
2T dry mustard
1/4t cayenne
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless chicken, pork chops or whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
