TUNA MACARONI SALAD
8 oz small seashell macaroni
1 can (8oz) small peas
1 can (6 1/2oz) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup diced Cheddar cheese
1 jar (2oz) diced pimiento, drained
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickle
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting the salt; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain. Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill. Serves 6 to 8.
