8 beef franks
2 green onion
1/4 cup jicama
1/4 cup pineapple slice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
8 hot dog buns
Cook franks as directed on package until heated through (160°F).
Meanwhile, mix onions, jicama, pineapple, mayo and mustard until well blended.
Place franks in buns. Top evenly with the onion mixture.
