Re: Basterdized Sauces
Here's another simple sauce recipe - but this one doesn't use bottled BBQ Sauce.
Just place ingredients in the blender and blend well; refrigerate for a day or two to allow the falvors to meld.
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
3 cups apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
Shake well before and during use.
