hi,

while shopping friday night i found this slow cooker spice package by club house called italian herb chicken.

the package directions called for 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, 1/2 lb mushroom, 1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes and 1 - 5 oz can tomato paste mixed with spiced package.

i just used 3 lbs of chicken leg quarters, used chopped fresh tomatoes instead of canned, added chopped onion, garlic & green peppers and for some heat i added some crushed, dried red chilies. it was really good.
