APPLE BLOW FIZZ
ingredients:
2-3 oz. applejack or calvados
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg white (for two drinks)
1 tsp. sugar syrup or to taste
Schweppes ® Club Soda
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except soda) with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled highball glass. Add ice cubes if desired and fill with cold club soda. Stir gently.
