Apple-Sauerkraut Stuffing
1 30 oz. can of sauerkraut
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 cup apple, grated
1. Combine all ingredients. Yields 5-½ cups for a 10-12 pound bird.
Or bake as a dressing and serve with ham or pork.
