Escalloped Cabbage
* 2 cup shredded cabbage
* 1 1/2 cup medium white sauce
* 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs
Parboil cabbage; drain (about 5 minutes). Add medium white sauce to cabbage. Place in greased casserole. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
