Re: Crock Pot Lamb Roast
I have what I call a "very small" crock pot. It looks as if it will hole maybe 3 qts. maximum of water or a very small roast. When a recipe calls for a quantity such as you described above, can one cut the meat in half and freeze it without it ruining the flavor? Also, would the spice quantities and other ingredients be halved or quartered, depending upon the size of the cut of the meat?
