Garlic Confit
1 Bulb Garlic; peeled and seperated.
2 c Water
1 tb Kosher salt
1 tb Fresh basil
2 tb Unsalted butter
Blanch garlic in salted water until tender, drain.
Saut garlic lightly in butter and garnish with Basil.
