Default Banana Walnut Bread

1 1/2 c. all- purpose flour 1 t. baking powder 1/2 t. baking soda 1/8 t. salt 1/2 c. splenda 1 1/4 c. very ripe bananas mashed- about 4 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk 1 T. canola oil 2 t. vanilla 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda amd salt. Add splenda. Combine bananas, buttermilk , oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until combined. Stir in walnuts. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
