Do you think this is healthy why or why not?
Okay friends, I am going to follow this diet given below. It’s an only 3 day diet in which you can loose like 10 pounds. First day:-breakfast-1 table spoon peanut butter--glass of grapefruit juice. Lunch---1/2 cup of tuna--1 slice of toast, dinner-3oz meat,1/2 cup carrots,1cup green beans,1/2 cup ice-cream. Second day:--breakfast-4 saltine crackers--lunch-1 boiled egg slice of toast, dinner-1 cup of tuna, 1/2 cup cauliflower, and 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 cup ice-cream. And third day:-breakfast-1 egg,1slice of toast-lunch-1/2 cup tuna,4saltine crackers--dinner-2 hotdogs, cup of broccoli,1/2 cup carrots,1 banana,1/2 cup ice-cream. Lots of water, crystal light or diet drinks only. Do you think this is healthy why or why not?
