GARLIC SAUCE for Hot Grilled or Roasted Vegetables


GARLIC SAUCE:
1-2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
2 tspns English Mustard
1 tblsp Hot water

Mix all ingredients together, and serve with hot grilled/roasted vegetables.
