May I inquire, please, where you were educated and received your "master chef" title or degree? Also I have a suggestion; why don't you start a thread for "Strictly Vegan" where you can logically decree that all recipes posted should meet that criterion? In the Vegetarian thread, I believe, there should be allowances for all different vegetarian choices, and that you could adjust the recipes just as you suggest others could to meet your own food choices.
Just as a closing thought, I find your "tag line" discriminatory, offensive
and seriously troubling.
