[Kitchen Witch]

Sundays have always been a day of big meals in our house.

With this storm and all the shoveling I am so sore that I just can't do much in the kitchen - but it is Sunday!

Today I am baking a steak in the oven (talk about being lazy!), drizzled with olive oil, plenty of fresh garlic, fresh minced parsley (that killed to do!), kosher salt and cracked pepper. Topped with onion slices - late I will add slice fresh mushrooms (using a cutter for those!)
Gravy - of course!

Baked potatoes with sour cream and butter (placing those on foil - one less pan to wash).

Corn casserole.

Drop biscuits using my baking mix.

Dessert - chocolate pudding with whipped cream.
