Hi KW,
First of all, deep sympathies on your being buried in sn*w  (which by now is possibly becoming a nasty 4-letter word).
Have you posted the recipe for your baking mix somewhere on this site? It sounds like a real time saver to have on hand. I tried to do a search with "baking mix" and your name and got over 120 results...I am not really too good with computers...  And apparently am not nearly as good at using the search engine as I though I was
