Re: Adjusting the servings: Considerations for scaling a recipe
I was wondering if it is not feasable to take a regular dessert recipe and make it to just serve one? Since I am trying to lose weight and get in shape again but I love sweets, I thought if I could be able to make single serving new yummy desserts, since I love to cook that would be the answer for me.
Do you know any suggestions to take good dessert recipes and change them to just one serving or 1/2, can I not just halve the recipe or 1/4 it?
Not too good at baking so I didn't know the answer or not to this...
